We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in Multi-Residential or Hospitality to join our growing Miami team. In this role, your creativity and leadership will be pivotal in driving large-scale international projects from design concept to construction, ensuring our high standards of innovation and quality are met. As a Senior Designer, you will be a key communicator and mentor, proactively collaborating with both your team and clients to translate directives from our Principal and Design Director into comprehensive design solutions.

Key responsibilities include creating and executing impactful concepts, improving design procedures, managing multiple projects, and establishing strong client relationships. You will also play a critical role in mentoring Intermediate and Junior designers, facilitating their development and training.

FF&E SPECIALIST DESIGNER

We are seeking a creative and collaborative Interior Designer specializing in FF&E to join our dynamic Miami team. With a deep understanding of colors, textures, and finishes, you will help us tell unique and emotive design stories. Mentored by Alessandro Munge and our Design Director, you will collaborate with interior designers, industrial designers and procurement agents.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects from concept to completion, developing custom furniture and textiles, selecting FF&E materials, and ensuring all project details meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident in client-facing scenarios.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Architecture, at least 5 years of experience in FF&E design, exceptional creativity, and strong communication skills. Experience in 5-star luxury hospitality projects is a plus.

PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for great design and a knack for maintaining a designer’s vision while implementing effective solutions on time and within budget. Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills, you will oversee site projects from start to finish, working collaboratively with design and construction teams, including internal and external consultants, site managers, designers, technologists, and clients.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing project schedules, reviewing initial contract documents, participating in key meetings, coordinating design with consultants, mentoring technical team members, and conducting site visits. You will ensure projects adhere to design intent, issue site instructions and change orders, and provide CAD drawings or sketches for coordination.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, at least 5 years of project management experience in high-end hospitality or multi-residential projects, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency.
