In the heart of luxurious MGM Qingdao, as a celebration of the art of fire breathing, smoking, and grilling, Fiamma is a sophisticated restaurant and steak house featuring a soulful material palette defined by rammed earth and fumed oak wood juxtaposed with burgundy and hunter-green leathers and stones. A dramatic ribbed wooden mobile undulates across the ceiling in a wavelike motion, energising the room while inspiring wonder and awe. In its epicentre, a whimsical handblown glass and lighting art installation inspired by Qingdao’s revered cedar trees floats like a crystalline cone quietly dangling from a branch.
